A special moment with the Philippine Vice President, Jojo Binay
A rare chance to have a photo with my former boss at the Local Government of Makati. He is now the second in command (aka Vice President) of the Republic of the Philippines. Taken in February 2012 at his office in Coco Palace, Manila. After 21 years, I had the opportunity to meet him again face-to-face! Actually, we had a photo-shot together during his first term of office as the Mayor of Municipality of Makati (now a city). I was also involved in the early preparation for the cityhood of Makati.
