Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Orientation Training at DAP

The Philippine Quality Award (PQA) is the highest level of recognition for organizational performance excellence in the country and the President of the Philippines personally hands over the awards to the recipients in Malacanang Palace.

This 4-day course is designed to help and assist participants (from both private and public sectors) use the performance excellence framework in integrating systems and processes. Based from Baldrige Standards,  the self-assessment will be based from the following categories: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Citizen Focus, Measurement, Human Resource Focus, Operations Focus, and Results . At the end, the participants will be able to understand, interpret, and use the PQA Performance Excellence Framework in writing a meaningful application report to the PQA.
