New Zealand Study Grants (2016) for Filipinos


30 APRIL 2016 IS THE LAST DAY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION. The New Zealand  ASEAN Scholarships are available for the following qualifications: postgraduate certificate (6 months); postgraduate diploma (1 year); masters degree (1 – 2 years); and PhD (up to 3.5 years).  The applicant should meet the following criteria:  at least 18 years of age  upon commencing of the  study grant (or not more than 39 years old);  a Filipino citizen and  resided in the country for at least the last two years; and should return to his/her home country upon completion of the study.

Preferred disciplines include the following:  agriculture development (agri-business, crop management, aquaculture, fisheries, forestry, etc.); renewable energy; disaster risk management; public sector management/governance (public administration, financial management, information management, etc.); private sector development (business/private sector management, SMEs development, value chain management, tourism, etc.).
